Mindplace Cardiff is expanding and seeks an experienced Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist to deliver high-quality, face-to-face therapy within our busy centre. This role offers a supportive, clinically focused environment with access to excellent Bupa benefits, including flexible working considerations for part-time hours.

Qualifikationen

• BABCP accreditation required.
• Post-graduate Diploma in CBT (BABCP accredited) required.
• At least 2 years post-qualification CBT experience (high intensity) required.

Aufgaben

• Provide high-quality Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or brief interventions.
• Deliver assessments and formulations to guide interventions.
• Offer face-to-face, telephone or video sessions as needed.
• Follow case management processes and collaborate with Clinical Leads.
• Adhere to sessional limits based on Private Medical Insurance and service targets.
• Attend regular clinical supervision and participate in team activities.
