Job summary

Bupa Mindplace Cardiff is expanding its clinical team and seeks an experienced Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist to deliver face-to-face therapy at our Mindplace Cardiff centre. You will provide high-quality CBT and brief interventions, conduct assessments, and work with a multidisciplinary team to support patients, with access to comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• BABCP-accredited CBT (high intensity) providing CBT-based interventions.
• Experience delivering high-quality CBT and brief interventions within a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality CBT or brief interventions with strong clinical outcomes.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulations to guide care pathways.
• Deliver models including face-to-face, telephone, or video consultations as appropriate.
• Work with Clinical Leads and therapy team within Bupa guidelines.
• Attend regular clinical supervision and contribute to service improvements.
