Mindplace IWG Manchester seeks a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist to deliver high-quality CBT and brief interventions. The role requires BABCP accreditation, post-graduate CBT qualification, and 2+ years of high-intensity CBT experience. Flexible shifts include early and late slots, with at least one late shift per week.

Part-time (minimum 2 days) with pro-rata salary, working within Bupa policies. Role involves diverse delivery models (face-to-face, phone, video) and close collaboration

Qualificações

• Full BABCP accreditation required.
• Post-graduate diploma in CBT accredited by BABCP.
• At least 2 years’ post-qualification experience with high-intensity CBT.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality CBT or brief interventions with strong clinical outcomes.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulations to determine care pathways.
• Deliver face-to-face, telephone or video consultations as client preference.
• Adhere to Bupa's case management processes and work with Clinical Leads.
