Job summary

Bupa is seeking a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist for Mindplace, based in Dartford. This permanent part-time position offers sessions from 2 days per week, with flexibility to cover early and late shifts and a 5-appointment day structure.

The role focuses on high-quality CBT, assessments, and flexible delivery models, including remote options. You will work within Bupa’s clinical framework and supervision structure, contributing to patient outcomes and service improvements.

Qualifications

• Full BABCP accreditation with BABCP regulated CBT practice.
• Post-Graduate Diploma in CBT/High Intensity (BABCP accredited).
• At least 2 years post-qualification CBT experience with diverse presentations.
• Desirable: additional specialization such as EMDR accreditation.
• Corporate experience and strong business understanding.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and brief interventions with strong clinical outcomes.
• Deliver comprehensive assessments and formulations to guide appropriate care pathways.
• Offer face-to-face, telephone or video consultations as client preferences dictate.
• Adhere to Bupa case management processes and collaborate with Clinical Leads and therapy team.
• Work within sessional limits defined by private medical insurance and client funding.
• Provide signposting or onward referrals when required.
• Deliver group psychoeducation and remote wellbeing sessions when needed.
• Attend regular clinical supervision, individually and group-based.
