Job summary

Bupa UK in Manchester is seeking a part-time Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist to join a patient‑centered team at Mindplace IWG Manchester. You will deliver CBT sessions, assess and formulate care plans, and offer flexible delivery modes including in-person and remote options.

We value BABCP accreditation, a post‑graduate CBT diploma, and at least two years of post‑qualification high‑intensity CBT experience. This role supports 2 days per week with pro‑rata pay and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• BABCP accreditation required or in good standing.
• Post-graduate CBT diploma with BABCP validation.
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification high intensity CBT experience.
• Desirable additional training (e.g., EMDR).
• Corporate exposure and business awareness beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality CBT or brief interventions with strong outcomes.
• Deliver assessments and formulations to guide care pathways.
• Offer face-to-face, telephone or video sessions per client choice.
• Adhere to case management processes and supervise clinically.
• Maintain mindful session limits per client’s insurance budget.
• Deliver signposting and onward referrals when required.
• Provide wellbeing coaching and one-off assessments as needed.
