Job summary

Bupa is recruiting a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist for face-to-face work in Maidstone. This permanent, part-time role requires a minimum of 2 days per week, with shifts Monday to Friday including early and late slots, plus Saturday mornings.

You will deliver high-quality CBT, assessments and diverse service delivery modes within Bupa’s clinical framework. We offer extensive benefits, a supportive clinical supervision structure, and a focus on patient-centred care.

Qualifications

• Post-Graduate Diploma in CBT (BABCP accredited) is essential.
• Full BABCP accreditation required.
• At least 2 years' experience delivering high-intensity CBT.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality CBT or brief interventions with strong clinical outcomes.
• Provide assessments and formulations to guide care.
• Offer face-to-face, telephone or video sessions per client preference.
• Adhere to case management processes and collaborate with leads and therapy team.
• Manage caseload and work toward client targets and outcomes.
