Job summary

Bupa Mindplace Winchester is seeking a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist for face-to-face work in Winchester. Part-time role (minimum 2 days per week) with sessions Mon-Fri and some weekend slots, offering a structured clinical environment and robust support.

You will deliver high-quality CBT, assessments, and formulations, with flexible models of service delivery and a focus on patient-centered outcomes within Bupa’s framework.

Qualifications

• Full BABCP accreditation and BABCP-accredited CBT qualification.
• At least 2 years’ post-qualification experience delivering high-intensity CBT.
• Proficient IT skills and experience with electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality CBT or brief interventions with strong clinical outcomes.
• Deliver assessments and formulations to drive evidence-based care.
• Offer face-to-face, telephone, or video sessions according to client preference.
• Adhere to Bupa’s case management processes with the Clinical Leads and therapy team.
• Manage caseload within client monetary allowances and therapy targets.
• Provide signposting or referrals when needed.
• Deliver wellbeing support and coaching as required.
• Participate in supervision and contribute to service improvements.
