Job summary

Bupa Mindplace Cheltenham is seeking a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist to join their clinical team. This permanent, part-time role offers 2 days per week with sessions available Monday to Friday, 8:00–14:00 and 14:00–20:00, plus weekend slots 09:00–17:00.

Qualifications

• BABCP accreditation required.
• Post-Graduate Diploma in CBT (BABCP accredited).
• At least 2 years post-qualification experience providing high-intensity CBT interventions.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality CBT and brief interventions with evidence-based outcomes.
• Deliver assessments and formulations to guide intervention pathways.
• Offer face-to-face, telephone, or video consultations as per client preference.
• Adhere to case-management processes and collaborate with Clinical Leads and therapy team.
• Respect sessional limits based on client medical insurance allowances.
• Provide signposting or onward referrals as required.
• Deliver ad-hoc wellbeing support and coaching.
• Conduct group psychoeducation and remote wellbeing presentations as needed.
• Work autonomously within professional guidelines and Bupa policies.
• Attend regular clinical supervision and support clinical practice.
• Collaborate with operational and clinical teams to improve client and employee experiences.
