Job summary

Helping Hands in Harlow is seeking a part-time Care and Training Practitioner to coach and onboard new carers, from interview through onboarding, while helping the branch maintain quality, compliance and meaningful relationships with customers. Responsibilities

• Train, mentor and support new carers so they feel confident, capable and ready to deliver extraordinary care.
• Assist the branch team with compliance, auditing and documentation.
• Complete spot checks and supervisions to maintain high standards across your care team.
• Visit customers to review care plans, ensuring they remain accurate, safe and person-centred.
• Carry out risk assessments with care, clarity and professionalism.
• Support on-call duties in line with the branch rota.
