Zachary Daniels is hiring an Inbound Sales Advisor for its Brentford-based contact centre. The role focuses on handling inbound enquiries, guiding customers to suitable solutions, and closing sales with supportive, consultative service.

You will work to targets with a strong emphasis on customer needs, leveraging CRM and MS Office tools to maintain accurate records and drive revenue. This permanent, full-time position offers a base salary plus uncapped commission and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a contact centre environment.
• Strong background in customer service and sales.
• Ability to build rapport quickly by phone and email.
• Experience converting enquiries into sales.
• Keen to work towards individual and team targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Consultative approach to selling and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound sales enquiries.
• Speak with customers by phone and email to understand requirements.
• Provide tailored quotations and explain products/services.
• Convert enquiries into sales and upsell where appropriate.
• Take deposits and process customer information accurately.
• Maintain CRM records and schedule follow-up calls.
