Responsibilities

• Communicating with the customer, receiving calls to the helpline and dealing with customers’ orders.
• Dealing with enquiries and complaints.
• Liaising with customers and delivery drivers ensuring smooth communication flow and a customer-oriented approach.
• Arranging with any issues regarding delivery restrictions, access to property, etc.
• Referring on any complex matters when necessary.
