Job summary

Pertemps Bond is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our Network Operations team at Manton Wood, Worksop on an ongoing basis.

This is a customer service-focused role where you will support customers, respond to queries, and ensure requirements are dealt with accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with planning, transport and wider operations in a busy logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of IT systems and basic software
• Experience in customer service, administration, logistics, transport, or similar environment is desirable but not essential
• Full training and support provided

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service to customers via telephone and email
• Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally
• Assist customers with order and delivery-related enquiries
• Book and process customer orders accurately in line with customer requirements
• Input and update information across customer and internal systems
• Monitor shared inboxes and action emails appropriately
• Maintain accurate records, trackers, and spreadsheets
• Liaise with planning and transport teams to resolve customer queries
• Keep customers updated regarding orders, deliveries, and any changes
• Identify and elevate issues or exceptions to the management team promptly
• Support the wider operations team with administrative tasks when required
