Job summary

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor for the Leamington Spa branch. The role is 28 hours per week, on a rota basis, Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6pm, delivering service in-branch and over the phone while assisting with transactions and customer queries.

The starting salary is £25,000 (pro rata) plus a £500 flexible benefit allowance and the opportunity to earn a discretionary bonus of 8% of salary.

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone
