Benefit Cosmetics UK is seeking a Full-time Counter Manager for Boots Harrogate. You will lead Brow and Beauty Experts to meet sales targets, provide brow services, and drive customer satisfaction with engaging product demos and personalized service.

Responsibilities include daily team briefings, stock monitoring, event planning, and collaboration with area managers to ensure brand standards and operational excellence at the counter.

Qualifications

4+ years of customer service experience in retail or hospitality required.
Minimum 6 months of management experience.
Passion for sales and meeting targets.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate Brow and Beauty Experts to hit and exceed sales goals.
Provide waxing, tinting, and tweezing services to ensure customer satisfaction.
Personally connect with customers, demonstrate products with passion, and achieve sales targets.
Conduct daily team meetings and recognize achievements to keep the team focused on targets.
Develop in-store and external events to boost sales and brand awareness.
Monitor stock levels and report concerns to minimise lost sales opportunities.
Communicate between store/department managers and area managers.
