Newcastle Building Society in Barnard Castle is recruiting a Customer Adviser on a part-time basis. You will greet customers, handle transactions, and help them with savings accounts while delivering an outstanding service in a friendly local branch.

The role offers a 21-hour week (Mon, Wed, Thu 9am–5pm plus Saturday rota), with a comprehensive training programme and opportunities to progress within the Society.

Responsabilidades

• Opening tills and setting up the till for the day
• Booking customer appointments and processing transactions at the counter
• Assisting in opening savings accounts and cashing up/closing at day end
• Conversing with customers over a kettle break and providing friendly service
