Job summary

Marshall Motor Group in Fernhill, England, is seeking an organised part-time Sales and Finance Administrator to support day-to-day administration for new and used vehicle sales. The role offers 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 12pm to 6pm, with a competitive pay package.

You will maintain stock records, handle registrations and taxation, and coordinate with the workshop to ensure pre-sale work is completed on time.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, preferably in automotive sector.
• Strong IT skills, especially Excel; Kerridge experience is a bonus.
• Excellent attention to detail and methodical, accurate working style.
• Ability to work independently and communicate across departments while collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales and Finance day-to-day administration involved in selling vehicles.
• Maintain accurate vehicle stock records, organise registrations and taxation, and liaise with workshop for pre-sale work.
• Prepare handover files, process sales invoices, and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant.
