Job summary

Marshall Motor Group is seeking a detail-focused administrator to support vehicle sales workflows. You will photograph and advertise vehicles online, update offers, and coordinate with the showroom and valet teams to maintain presentation standards.

As a customer-focused team player, you will manage key storage, appraise used stock, and ensure every vehicle is prepared for viewings or handovers, upholding high dealership standards.

Qualifications

• You’ll need excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with experience in a customer service or administrative environment.
• Team player attitude, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and uphold dealership standards.
• Comfortable with digital tools; experience using CRMs or online platforms for vehicle listings is ideal.
• Keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes to ensure a premium customer experience on the forecourt.

Responsibilities

• Manage the journey of each vehicle from arrival to handover, supporting the Sales Manager and Sales Executives.
• Photographing and advertising vehicles online, updating and posting customer offers, and coordinating with valet teams.
• Responsible for key storage, appraising used stock, and showroom presentation.
