Job summary

Operose Health is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Practitioner for the Silver End Surgery. The role is 14 hours per week, with Tuesday availability and flexibility for other days.

You will deliver patient care from history taking to diagnosis and treatment, working collaboratively with the GP team, and providing leadership in nursing care within a primary care setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Primary Care setting.
• NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice toward non-medical prescribing.
• Minor injury and illness qualification essential.
• Level 7 MSc Practitioner preferred or ACP accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Provide care from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of care.
• Collaborate with the general practice team to meet patient needs and support policies.
• Provide nurse leadership as required and contribute to service development.
