Job summary

Parcelforce Worldwide in Birmingham is hiring a delivery operative on a fixed-term contract. You'll unload and load parcels, sort them to delivery routes, and prepare trailers for drivers.

This role starts at £25,201 per year with progression to £27,561 after six months and a potential to reach £30,000 with overtime; night allowances apply. The package includes pension, holiday, medical cover, uniform and training, plus My Bundle+ benefits.

Hours: 38 [[zworkinghours and days]], with opportunities for overtime. Typical attendance is Sunday, Tuesday to Friday - 11pm to 7am

Starting salary: £25,201 per year, £12.71 per hour
After 6 months: £27,561 per year, £13.94 per hour
Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year, (based on a 38 hour week & overtime)
Sunday Weekend Premium +£6.58 (Sundays) applied to contracted hours
Paid weekday and weekend overtime
Additional Allowances:-

• o Monthly Non Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year)
• o Night Duty Allowance (+£2.74 per hour, applicable on hours worked between 20:00 and 06:00)
