Job summary

Parcelforce Worldwide Oxford Depot in Kidlington is hiring for a permanent, full-time role (38 hours per week) with overtime; typical hours Mon–Fri 23:00–07:00. Starting salary £25,201 per year, rising to £27,561 after six months, with opportunity to reach up to £30,000 with overtime.

You’ll unload/load parcels, sort to correct routes, prepare trailers and maintain a friendly, dependable service for customers.

• Starting salary: £25,201 per year, £12.71 per hour
• After 6 months: £27,561 per year, £13.94 per hour
• Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year, (based on a 38 hour week & overtime)
• Paid weekday and weekend overtime
• Additional Allowances:-
• Monthly Non Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year)
• Night Duty Allowance (+£2.74 per hour, applicable on hours worked between 20:00 and 06:00)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Unloading / Loading parcels
• Sorting parcels to correct delivery route / preparing trailer ready for the drivers / onward transport
• Providing a friendly, dependable service — whether it’s a birthday gift or important business mail
