Job summary

Parcelforce Worldwide in Birmingham is looking for a night shift loader/unloader. This part-time role (16 hours) includes overtime opportunities, with typical hours Friday 23:00–Sat 07:00 and Sunday 23:00–Mon 07:00. You will unload and load parcels, sort them for correct routes, and prepare trailers for drivers.

Hours: 16 [[zworkinghours and days]], with opportunities for overtime. Typical attendance is Friday 11:00 PM to Saturday 7:00 AM and Sunday 11:00 PM to Monday 7:00 AM
Location: Parcelforce Worldwide Birmingham, Holford Industrial Estate, B6 7BB

Why this role pays off:
Starting salary: £25,201 per year, £12.71 per hour
After 6 months: £27,561 per year, £13.94 per hour
Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year, (based on a 38 hour week & overtime)
Saturday & Sunday Weekend Premium +£4.39 (Saturdays) & +£6.58 (Sundays) applied to contracted hours
Paid weekday and weekend overtime
Additional Allowances:-
o Monthly Non Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year)
o Night Duty Allowance (+£2.74 per hour, applicable on hours worked between 20:00 and 06:00)

What we're looking for
A full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) registered to your current address, with no more than 6 points
Someone with good attention to detail
Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg
Someone who's friendly, dependable, and customer focused
Comfortable working independently but also a great team player
