Job summary

Parcelforce Worldwide Nottingham is looking for a reliable team member to unload and load parcels, sort them for the correct routes, and prepare trailers for drivers. You will provide a friendly, dependable service to customers while working as part of a committed team in a busy distribution environment.

Hours: 38 [[zworkinghours and days]], with opportunities for overtime. Typical attendance is Monday to Friday, 14:24 - 24:00.

• Starting salary: £25,201 per year, £12.71 per hour
• After 6 months: £27,561 per year, £13.94 per hour
• Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year, (based on a 38 hour week & overtime)
• Paid weekday and weekend overtime
• Additional Allowances:-
• Monthly Non Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year)
• Night Duty Allowance (+£2.74 per hour, applicable on hours worked between 20:00 and 06:00)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Unloading / Loading parcels
• Sorting parcels to correct delivery route / preparing trailer ready for the drivers / onward transport
• Providing a friendly, dependable service - whether it’s a birthday gift or important business mail
