Main Purpose of Job

The Paraplanning & Compliance Administrator will provide administrative support to the Paraplanning and Compliance team, ensuring New Business applications and/or CYCs are effectively processed in a compliant and timely manner.

To liaise with and guide Financial Advisers to ensure that business submitted is compliant with St. James’s Place and Pinnacle Wealth Management’s quality standards.

Key Responsibilities of the Job

  • Process client applications, including suitability letters and continuation letters, promptly.
  • Track and report the progress of applications to relevant stakeholders.
  • Investigate and respond to Adviser queries.
  • Ensure initials and rechecks are accurately completed within turnaround times, minimizing adviser re-requests to avoid delays.
  • Maintain Submission Registers and Task Manager, ensuring proper data and information management.
  • Follow procedures and utilize systems to ensure efficient team operations.
  • Provide a comprehensive, confidential administrative service to all Financial Advisers.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements, including procedures, health and safety, etc.
  • Prioritize work to meet deadlines.
  • Complete filing and administrative tasks promptly and maintain accessibility of records.
  • Support the administration and distribution of post.
  • Undertake additional relevant tasks as required by Pinnacle Wealth Management LLP.
