Cornwall Hospice Care is seeking a Bank-Registered Nurse to join the in-patient specialist palliative care unit. You will work under supervision to assess, develop, implement and evaluate patient care plans, ensuring high standards of nursing practice and adherence to professional guidelines.

You will liaise with the multidisciplinary team, participate in clinical audits and contribute to staff training to support quality care for patients and their families in a compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse on Part One or Two of the Register
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high standards of care

Responsabilités
