Cornwall Hospice Care Limited is currently recruiting for a Bank Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team, providing high standards of specialist palliative care in our In-Patient facilities. Roles cover nights, weekends and bank holidays with flexible short-notice cover.

You will be a Registered General Nurse with a Diploma-level qualification, with experience in palliative care preferred and a willingness to cover shifts as required to support the hospice’s patient-care commitments.

Formación

• Registered General Nurse with Diploma level qualification.
• Two years post-qualification experience preferred.
• Palliative care experience desirable.
• Up-to-date competency in administering IV meds, blood transfusions and venipunctures.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, develop, implement and evaluate patient care programmes under supervision.
• Maintain agreed standards of care and participate in clinical audits to improve nursing practice.
• Work primarily in the In-patient specialist palliative care unit.
