Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week

Are you a skilled Painter looking to make a difference in your community? We are seeking a qualified Painter Team Leader to join our dedicated team to provide a high-quality painting service to meet our external maintenance programme.

This position involves managing our team of in-house Painting and Maintenance Operatives as well as carrying out painting works within internal common areas and external surroundings. Health and Safety will be a key part of the role. The ideal candidate will have proven experience, a keen eye for detail, and strong communication skills.

About the role:

As a Painter Team Leader at Wheatley, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the look and feel of our neighbourhoods. You will be customer-facing, interacting with customers daily, ensuring their environments are well-kept. You will be required to deliver painting services covering areas such as window ledges, external doors, metal railings, and internal common area walls.
