Niyaa People Ltd is seeking a skilled Painter and Decorator for an ongoing self-employed role in Cannock, working on council void properties and internal decorating. You will travel between sites with your own vehicle and tools, delivering high-quality finishes on domestic properties for a social housing contractor.

This position offers weekly CIS payments and long-term continuity, with reliable, consistent work across void properties in the Cannock area.

Qualifications

• Previous painting and decorating experience.

• Carrying out all aspects of internal painting and decorating.

Enjoy an ongoing, self-employed role offering £21 per hour, weekly CIS payments and consistent work on council properties in Cannock. This Painter and Decorator role offers long-term stability, working on void properties for an established contractor within the social housing sector.

You’ll be working on behalf of a local council in the Cannock area, carrying out painting and decorating works across empty domestic properties, ensuring homes are brought back up to a high standard ready for new tenants. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Painter and Decorator looking for reliable, ongoing work.
