Niyaa People seeks a Painter and Decorator for an ongoing self-employed role in Cannock, delivering internal painting and decorating on council void properties. You’ll travel between sites, bring homes up to a high standard and work independently with reliable results.

The role offers £21 per hour, with weekly CIS payments and long-term opportunities for ongoing work in the Cannock area.

Formación

• Experience as a Painter and Decorator in social housing or void properties preferred.
• Ability to carry out internal painting and decorating with high standards.
• Own vehicle and tools to travel between properties.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out all internal painting and decorating tasks.
• Prepare surfaces: filling, sanding, and making good.
• Paint walls, ceilings, doors, skirting boards and woodwork.
• Complete redecoration works within void council properties.
