About the Role:

MG OMD is looking for a Senior Paid Social Account Executive to support the giffgaff account – a bold and innovative brand known for doing things differently in the telecoms space. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with hands-on paid social experience who’s looking to step up and take on more responsibility within a fast-paced, creative environment.

In this role, you’ll help shape and deliver best-in-class paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and other key platforms. You’ll be responsible for building and optimising campaigns, interrogating performance data, testing new formats, and feeding insights back into strategy. Working on giffgaff means pushing boundaries – so you’ll need to be curious, switched on, and comfortable working in a test-and-learn culture.

You’ll support the Account Manager and work closely with the wider team, taking on more direct ownership of campaign delivery and day-to-day client communications. There will also be opportunities to support junior team members and contribute to broader planning and innovation discussions.

We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, detail-focused, and confident using data to inform decisions. Experience working on disruptive, consumer-facing brands – especially in telecoms or digital services – would be a real bonus.
