TUI Group in the UK&I Marketing team is seeking a creative Paid Social Specialist to plan, execute and optimise paid social campaigns across platforms, translating briefs into media plans with KPI expectations.

You'll manage day-to-day campaign operations, oversee targeting, budgeting and scheduling, and collaborate with content teams to create on-brand creatives. You will monitor performance, report insights, and stay ahead of trends, with hybrid work and a weekly in-office day in Luton.

Qualifications

• Experience in brand awareness and performance marketing on social platforms.
• Strong campaign planning, execution and optimisation.
• Proficient with social advertising tools such as Facebook/TikTok/Pinterest Managers.
• Excellent Excel skills and data interpretation.
