TUI Group in the UK is seeking a creative Paid Social Specialist to plan, execute and optimize paid social campaigns across Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest. You will translate briefs into media plans, manage day-to-day operations, and collaborate with content teams to ensure on-brand creatives and strong performance.

You will monitor campaign performance, report insights, and identify opportunities for improvement while staying ahead of trends and evolving platform features.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in brand awareness and performance marketing on social platforms.
• Knowledge of advertising formats, targeting options and best practices across social channels.
• Proficient with social advertising tools, especially Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and Pinterest Ads Manager.
• Excellent analytical skills with Excel proficiency and the ability to translate data into insights.
• Creative mindset and customer focus to develop compelling ad content with attention to detail.
