Job summary

Super Group is seeking a Paid Social Specialist in the UK to support, test, and report on paid social campaigns across multiple platforms. The role suits someone early in their media buying career with exposure to iGaming, Nutra, Dating, or Gaming verticals and a desire to grow performance marketing expertise.

You will contribute to campaign setup, testing, budgeting, and reporting, while learning to optimize and scale performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in paid social media buying or digital performance marketing.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Clear, confident communication and ability to break down complex ideas.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with campaign setup and execution across paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
• Support ad creative testing, audience testing, and budget pacing per strategy.
• Monitor campaign performance and flag trends or opportunities.
• Compile campaign reports and performance summaries.
• Perform basic optimisations under guidance (pause underperformers, refresh creatives).
• Ensure tracking and tagging (pixels, events, UTMs) are in place.
• Collaborate with creative, tracking, and analytics teams for campaign success.
