Contract: 12 Months

Hours: Part-Time, 30 hours per week

Are you an experienced paid digital expert who is also passionate about nature? We're looking for someone to join our membership marketing team and deliver income-generating recruitment campaigns.

You will have proven expertise in managing paid search, social, and display advertising using various targeting techniques, including macro demographic, internet-based targeting, micro audience segmentation, and retargeting. You will manage the media agency to ensure activity is well-planned, monitored, and optimized for impact and ROI.

You will also collaborate with direct marketing managers to integrate paid offline and DM/EM campaigns and work with the website team to optimize conversion across the join journey.

Essential skills, knowledge, and experience:

• Experience in planning and executing digital advertising campaigns across PPC, Paid Social, and Display
• Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques in media, targeting, and creative areas
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and sign-up journeys for better conversion and value
• Proficiency with tracking, measurement, and analytics tools for paid digital media
• Managing significant budgets (>£500k annually)
• Good instinct for messaging and creative that drives conversion and income
• Experience in charity/fundraising environments with knowledge of fundraising compliance (advantageous)

Additional information:

• This is a fixed-term 12-month contract, part-time (30 hours/week), with flexible working days
• Primarily remote work, requiring a strong internet connection
• Occasional travel to RSPB offices for meetings may be needed
