Job summary

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 2 Receptionist for the Paediatrics department at Frimley Park Hospital. The role is part-time (24 hours a week) with a 12-month fixed-term contract, based in Camberley.

You will be a frontline member of the team, greeting patients and families and helping clinics run smoothly. The successful candidate will be friendly, patient-focused, well-organised and a confident communicator who can work as part of a busy team while maintaining high

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths pass or equivalent.
• Experience using Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience working in a busy environment.
• Experience working in an office.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a pleasant, professional manner and direct them appropriately.
• Encourage use of self-check in machines where applicable.
• Handle requests with dignity and respect when possible.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with Trust staff.
• Ensure all blood forms are available before clinics commence.
• Check and update patient details in EPIC as required.
