A prominent NHS healthcare provider in London is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver acute nursing care to children in their homes. Responsibilities include ensuring safeguarding compliance, traveling across boroughs, and working flexible hours. A valid driver's license is essential. The role offers a chance to support children's health in a home setting, promoting teamwork and independence.
To provide and assist with the nursing care of unwell children in their homes and/or place of care to reduce or avoid emergency admission to an acute setting.
As a hospital at home you will be responsible for delivering acute nursing care to patients within the home setting. You will be responsible for accepting referrals, reviewing patients, liaising with the local inpatient units, delivering treatment, completing all tasks associated with the role. You will also be expected to be a car driver and travel to boroughs such as Islington, Camden and South Barnet. NHS trust cars will be allocated; you may need to drive your own car when required. Mileage claims will be supported.

We are looking for someone who can work flexible hours and weekends, has good work ethic, is a team player, and can work independently with multiple trusts. Car drivers are essential.
