Komplex Group is seeking a Paediatric Care Assistant to join a nurse-led team in Atherton, delivering specialised care at home for children with lifelong clinical needs. The role involves 30 hours per week across Wednesday to Friday, with 10-hour shifts, and requires following detailed clinical plans with expert training and strong teamwork.

Candidates should be compassionate, reliable, and able to work under pressure, with a full UK driving licence and willingness to participate in ongoing

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, medication administration and clinical interventions.
• Manage tracheostomy care, ventilation and specialist equipment as directed.
• Monitor changes in the childs condition and escalate concerns promptly.
• Keep accurate records and maintain patient safety and dignity at all times.

You'll follow detailed clinical care plans, monitor changes in the individual's condition and perform the specialist interventions needed to keep them safe, stable and comfortable at home.
