Komplex Care in Middlesbrough is seeking a Care Assistant to join a nurse-led team delivering specialist, home-based care for adults with lifelong, complex clinical needs.

You’ll follow detailed clinical care plans, assist with personal care and medications, and monitor patients closely to maintain safety and comfort at home. A compassionate, dependable attitude and adherence to protocols are essential.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience in care or confidence undertaking clinical training.
• Excellent attention to detail and situational awareness.
• Ability to follow detailed clinical protocols consistently.
• Basic IT skills for communication and record-keeping.
