Job summary

Komplex Care in Leicester is seeking a Care Assistant to provide nurse-led, at-home support during waking night shifts from 10pm to 8am. You will follow detailed clinical care plans to keep the client safe, comfortable and independent at home.

The role involves personal care, medication administration, oxygen and equipment management, and accurate record-keeping. You will join a dedicated team with comprehensive clinical training and nurse-led oversight; sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

Hours: Waking night shifts 10pm - 8am, full and part time options available

Payrate: £13.50 per hour

Your Role as a Care Assistant

You’ll join a dedicated, nurse-led team providing hands-on care for individuals with lifelong and potentially life-critical clinical needs.

This is NOT standard domiciliary care. You’ll follow detailed clinical care plans, monitor changes in the individual’s condition and perform the specialist interventions needed to keep them safe, stable and comfortable at home. Your responsibilities may include:

• Monitoring clinical observations and recognising deterioration
• Maintaining accurate records and escalating concerns immediately
