Komplex Group in Leicester is seeking a Care Assistant to join a nurse-led team delivering complex home care for adults and children with lifelong clinical needs. You will follow detailed clinical care plans, monitor conditions, and perform specialist interventions to keep clients safe, stable and comfortable at home.

This role involves waking night shifts from 10pm to 8am, with full and part-time options. Experience in care or training, high attention to detail, and ability to follow protocols

Role: Care Assistant

Location: Leicester

Hours: Waking night shifts 10pm - 8am, full and part time options available

Payrate: £13.50 per hour

Your Role as a Care Assistant

You’ll join a dedicated, nurse‑led team providing hands-on care for individuals with lifelong and potentially life‑critical clinical needs.

This is NOT standard domiciliary care. You’ll follow detailed clinical care plans, monitor changes in the individual’s condition and perform the specialist interventions needed to keep them safe, stable and comfortable at home. Your responsibilities may include:
