Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Inc. is seeking a Packaging Development Manager to lead the end-to-end packaging projects, from concept through to delivery, ensuring quality, time and budget alignment across NPD, procurement, supply chain and QA.

You will focus on primary and secondary packaging, sustainability, CPAs, and risk management, working with external suppliers and internal teams to optimise resources and bring innovative, visually appealing packaging to market.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in packaging development and project management.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across NPD, procurement, supply chain and QA.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and tooling development from concept to delivery.
• Manage primary and secondary packaging in line with CPAs and flag risks.
• Oversee artwork process from copy brief to final artwork.
• Coordinate CPA management with NPD and suppliers.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality on pack testing and standards.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain on packaging timelines.
• Build relationships with external pack suppliers and contract manufacturers.
• Monitor packaging innovations and sustainability initiatives.
