Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a Senior NPD Manager to lead end-to-end makeup product development across new product development and reformulation projects. You will work with Head of NPD and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time launches, adherence to budgets, and high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in beauty product development, especially colour cosmetics.
• Proven track record of leading NPD and reformulation projects from concept to launch.
• Strong understanding of formula development, product performance, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience collaborating with professional makeup artists and translating artistry feedback into products.
• Excellent project management, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end NPD and reformulation development for key projects within Make Up.
• Drive innovative concepts through supplier sourcing, insights, trends and analysis.
• Partner with Product Marketing to develop propositions, claims and stories.
• Own critical path timelines with cross-functional alignment and risk management.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Build relationships with contract manufacturers and guide development discussions.
• Collaborate with Procurement to achieve target cost of goods and supplier selection.
• Work with Pro Makeup Artist Pool to integrate artistry insights into concepts and shades.
• Facilitate feedback and approvals with artists, balancing creativity with feasibility.
• Direct formula and shade tweaks with team and suppliers during development.
• Coordinate with Packaging, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain and Commercial teams.
• Prepare innovation presentations and NPD recommendations for leadership.
• Coach junior members and drive continuous improvement in processes.
• Travel internationally for supplier visits and trend research.
