Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a Senior NPD Manager to lead the development of innovative makeup products from concept through launch. You will collaborate with Marketing, Packaging, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, and our Pro Makeup Artist Pool to deliver artistically inspired, market-ready products.

You will drive end-to-end project management, manage complex portfolios, mentor junior team members, and travel internationally as required to supplier visits and trend research.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in beauty product development, with strong expertise in colour cosmetics.
• Proven track record of leading NPD and reformulation projects from concept through to launch.
• Strong understanding of formula development, product performance, and manufacturing processes.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with professional makeup artists and translate artistry feedback into successful product development.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end NPD and reformulation development process for key assigned projects within Make Up category.
• Drive innovative product concepts through supplier innovation sourcing, consumer insights, and market trends.
• Own and manage critical path timelines with cross-functional alignment and proactive risk management.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards; collaborate with Packaging, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain and Procurement.
• Prepare innovation and project presentations for senior leadership and founder reviews.
