Charlotte Tilbury Beauty seeks a Packaging Development Manager to drive packaging projects from concept through delivery, aligning with CPAs and sustainability goals. You will own primary/secondary packaging, manage artwork, and work closely with NPD, Design, Regulatory and Supply Chain to deliver innovative, high‑quality packaging across global markets.

• Experience in packaging development and sustainability.
• Strong project management and multi‑project coordination skills.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams including design, regulatory and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead packaging development projects from concept to delivery.
• Advance primary and secondary packaging in line with CPAs and brand goals.
• Direct artwork process from copy briefing to finished art.
• Collaborate with NPD, Regulatory, Design and Supply Chain on packaging programs.
• Support sustainability initiatives across packaging development.
