Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Inc. is seeking an Assistant Packaging Development Manager to support active packaging projects. You will work with Supply Chain, Product Development, Quality, Regulatory and Marketing to deliver innovative, sustainable packaging within time and budget.

You will focus on technical/quality aspects, support CPA management, and help drive brand growth through colour and complexion packaging initiatives. This is a fast-paced, cross-functional role within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in packaging development within FMCG.
• Strong project management and CPA management skills.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with NPD, Design, Regulatory, Supply Chain & Marketing.
• Knowledge of printing technology and packaging materials.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist on sourcing of new primary packaging with innovative delivery systems.
• Coordinate pack testing with Engineering and Quality to meet standards.
• Contribute to CPA management ensuring CPAs align with project timelines.
• Manage artwork from copy brief to finished artwork per CPAs.
• Take secondary packaging concepts through to delivery.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain on PO timings for new packaging developments.
• Build and maintain relationships with external pack suppliers and contract manufacturers.
• Stay updated on packaging innovation and sustainability with suppliers.
