Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a Packaging Development Manager to drive project management of packaging initiatives including NPD, EPD and value engineering. You will work with NPD, Procurement, Supply Chain and Quality to deliver within spec, time and budget.

You will lead primary and secondary packaging development, focus on sustainability, manage artwork, and coordinate with suppliers and contract manufacturers to balance creativity, costs and timelines.

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication
• Passion for sustainability and packaging innovation

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and tooling development from concept to delivery
• Manage primary and secondary packaging in line with CPAs
• Oversee artwork process from copy brief to finished artwork
• Support CPA management with NPD alignment and cross‑functional collaboration
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality on pack testing and standards
• Coordinate with Supply Chain on PO timings for packaging developments
• Build and maintain relationships with external pack suppliers and contract manufacturers
• Monitor packaging innovation and sustainability with suppliers
