Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking an Assistant Packaging Development Manager to support on packaging projects, ensuring delivery within spec, time and budget. You will work closely with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory and Marketing to deliver innovative packaging solutions for our colour and complexion lines.

The role requires 3+ years in packaging within FMCG, a strong eye for detail, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

Experience in packaging development for FMCG products.
Strong understanding of NPD project management and CPA management.
Ability to work cross-functionally with NPD, Design, Regulatory, Supply Chain & Marketing.

Responsibilities

Assist on sourcing of new primary packaging with innovative delivery systems.
Work with Engineering and Quality on pack testing and standards.
Support CPA management to align CPAs with the NPD team.
Manage artwork process for Primary & Secondary packaging from copy brief to final art.
Lead secondary packaging from concept to delivery.
Coordinate PO timings with Supply Chain for new packaging developments.
Build relationships with external pack suppliers and contract manufacturers.
Stay informed on new packaging innovation and sustainability with suppliers.
