  • Richmond upon Thames, London

  • Hybrid working pattern and flexible hours

  • Full time, permanent

  • £40,000k -£45,000k

Are you an experienced, organised, and tenacious individual looking to provide an exceptional PA & Office Management service?


We have an exciting opportunity for you to support the Vice President/General Manager of this exciting well known household brand. Their vibrant office is just a short walk from Richmond train station.


What You'll Do:
Here, you will be the backbone of their office, supporting in various senior administrative and operational tasks. Your responsibilities will include:



  • PA Support: Managing calendars scheduling meetings, travel, expenses and communication

  • Office Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.

  • HR Support: Assist HR with newcomer inductions, covering IT setup, employee initiatives and health and safety.

  • Event Planning: Assist in organising company events, meetings, and team-building activities that brings their culture to life!

  • Communication Hub: Act as a key point of contact, liaising with internal teams and external partners.

  • Document Management: Prepare and organise reports, presentations, and correspondence with attention to detail.

  • Budget Oversight: Help manage office budgets and keep track of expenses.



Who You Are:
They are looking for someone who brings a positive attitude and a proactive approach to their work. You should have:



  • Experience: Previous experience in providing a strong PA service to senior members and office management, ideally in a corporate setting.

  • Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with a range of stakeholders.

  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with office management software.

  • Team Player: A collaborative spirit and the ability to work well under pressure.
