Job Description:

Based in South-West London, this growing design studio creates spectacular brand experiences for big-name clients across fashion, beauty and retail.

And as an ambitious B-Corp with a strong emphasis on sustainability, the agency’s aim is to be the very best partner for brands that want to achieve fabulous creative but not at the earth’s expense.

Now they are seeking an Office Manager and PA for a 12-month maternity cover contract starting this September.

At least five years’ experience working as an Office / Studio Manager, PA or EA is required.

The Office Manager & PA role

As the Office Manager & PA, you will be the cornerstone for a growing, friendly team and ensuring the smooth running of a busy creative events studio.

You will be providing seamless support to the Founder / MD, playing a key role as ambassador for organisational culture and values, maintaining effective systems and helping to achieve maximum team productivity, happiness and quality of work across the board!

This is a wonderful opportunity for a dynamic, personable, curious, and efficient person who is great at juggling, problem solving and thinking ahead.

  • Excellent time management with the ability to multitask and problem-solve
  • Caring attitude to staff supporting them with their needs in their busy and sometimes demanding roles

Reporting into the MD and Leadership Team, here’s just a taste of what’s involved…

  • Diary management, admin support, meeting prep, travel arrangements
  • Implementing incentives, activities, training days and benefits
  • Updating the staff handbook, ordering supplies, maintaining the database, researching ways for the company to more sustainable
  • Coordinating recruitment processes, keeping in touch with freelancers, building a talent pool
  • Maintaining HR records, managing onboarding and offboarding, creating contracts, conducting exit interviews
  • Managing the office costs budget, completing new supplier forms

WFH policy

Around 80-90% of your time will be spent in the agency’s gorgeous offices in Wandsworth, South-West London.

£30k – £50k pro rata depending on experience and some of the best benefits in the business including:
