Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Domain expertise in Prospect to Cash (P2C) processes and enterprise quote-to-cash workflows.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI and low-code/no-code tools.
• Ability to map complex business processes, write actionable requirements, and use data to drive decisions.
• Active understanding of modern AI capabilities and championing emerging tech.

Responsibilities

• Advise VP/SVP leadership as trusted strategic advisor.
• Analyze P2C workflows to identify friction and design solutions.
• Champion practical adoption of AI technologies across the business.
• Partner with GTM teams to translate user needs into AI use cases.
• Establish AI governance and quality standards for enterprise use.
• Lead structured experimentation to validate ideas with real users.
• Define value realization metrics and build evidence-based business cases.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment and change leadership.
