Salesforce in London seeks an Agentic Excellence Manager to drive strategic transformation, AI innovation, and operational excellence across the Prospect to Cash ecosystem. You will translate executive vision into scalable, data-driven programs that deliver measurable value across the business.

Lead cross-functional change, design governance, prototype AI-enabled solutions with low-code approaches, and measure impact with clear KPIs.

Formación

• 5+ years leading complex, cross-functional transformations or enterprise business analysis initiatives.
• Experience in P2C or related enterprise processes and sales operations is highly valued.
• Proven ability to apply AI-enabled solutions to drive productivity and measurable outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Act as trusted strategic advisor to VP/SVP leadership and shape multi-year transformation strategies.
• Analyze P2C workflows to identify friction, simplify processes, and translate priorities into actionable tech and operational changes.
• Champion practical AI adoption across the business, prototyping using low-code/no-code tools.
• Partner with GTM teams to define use cases and rapid prototyping of AI-enabled solutions.
• Establish AI governance standards, ensuring quality, relevance, and responsible deployment.
• Lead structured experimentation from hypothesis to validated prototypes with real users.
• Define success metrics and quantify productivity, growth, or operational improvements.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with senior stakeholders and data-driven storytelling.
• Create scalable operating rhythms and repeatable processes to accelerate innovation.
